Casinos near SF
 

Someone posted a question within the past few days about casinos close to San Francisco. My husband and I went to an Indian casino very near SF a couple of weeks ago. It was NOT Cache Creek. Unfortunately neither of us can remember the name. We ate lunch in Sonoma and then went to the casino -which is new - somewhere in a rural area nearby in wine country.

River Rock? It is in Geyserville.

There are several casinos, I've been to Feather Falls only, any time you need change or a drink - they are there! You can get the list off the Internet by searching for "Indian casinos in California".

There is also one in Hopland (about an hour north of Santa Rosa) called Sho-ka-something-something. It has the fountain out front with a statue in the middle of it.

the whole of san jose is pretty much a crap-shoot...must be some near there.

KIK, it's Sho-ka-wa, they advertise it on TV sometimes, heard it's good.
