Carry-On Luggage in Europe

Am flying to France, with carry-on luggage only.... all liquids -3 oz. in ziploc bag of course. We're also flying WITHIN France. I've heard they don't allow ANY liquids/gels carry-on on flights within Europe. Anybody know?

You heard wrong.

The same rules apply as on transcontinental flights as far as I know. Certainly inter-European flights have the same rules, so i see no reason why a flight with France would be different. Each Airline is free to impose it's own carry-on rules, with regard to size and weight, but the liquids rule is a security rule, internationally agreed.

It was OK last week.

Do check carryon size restrictions though - some airlines allow what you have on your transatlantic, some don't, and are more restrictive. It could be by weight or size.
