What you probably are looking for is a crewed or captained yacht charter, a focus of which could be learning how to sail. Your best bet is to start in the British Virgin Islands (aka Disney World for sailors), with an abundance of charter yachts as well as lovely anchorages among a half-dozen islands (beaches, bars, restaurants) to entertain you, as well as relatively easy sailing conditions.

Although most of the major charter companies (Moorings, Sunsail, etc.) could probably meet your requirements, what you're looking for is more of a specialty charter, and you'd be better served by using a charter broker to help you find the right boat (at no cost to you). Visit the charter and BVI forums on www.traveltalkonline.com to get some specific suggestions.
