Car service from LaGuardia to Brooklyn

Any recommendations for a car service from LaGuardia to Brooklyn (the Brooklyn Marriott to be exact). We will be traveling around 2-2:30 in the afternoon from the airport. What should it cost? Any suggestions about what to do in Brooklyn--will be there for 2 full days with no intention of going in to Manhattan.

Dial 7 and Carmel are the standard car services - and should be able to get you to the Marriott. Ask them for the fare when you call to (in advance) to arrange the car, A 20% tip is expected. When your plane lands you call again and they will have a car waiting when you get to the street.

As for Brooklyn - why are you going there. There's a lot to see/do but without knowing who/how many you are and your interests it's difficult to make recos.

I don't generally recommend a car service from LGA. The wait fir the car is usually more than the wait for a regular taxi, and the trip costs more in most cases. This isn't universally true, but it's true enough in most cases, but it's true most of the time.

There's a lot to see in Brooklyn, but it really depends on your interests.

I have the opposite experience: I usually pay $60+ (with tip) for a metered taxi from JFK to Brooklyn, and $40+ for car service from Brooklyn to JFK. La Guardia tends to be cheaper but I do not have exact prices since it's been a long time that I traveled that route.

Either way - do have the specific address of the hotel - since many car service sedans and taxis are familiar only with Manhattanm the airports and the neighborhood they live in - not the entire city.
