Car Service From JFK to Fairfield CT

What's the most reliable and economical car service from JFK to CT?

What should we expect to pay?

Is this a private service, or will we be in a vehicle with several other passengers making other stops?

If you want a private car I would contact Carmel or Dial 7 (2 huge and reliable companies)and get a price from them. Realize that to the price they quote you you need to add bridge tool and tip (20%). Do not go for an upgraded car - the regular full-size sedan is fine unless there are a bunch of you with a ton of luggage. And do NOT get "meet and greet" which increases cost significantly.

For group rides look at the JKF web site to see which companies have small shuttles to that area of CT - and contact them for details.

Oh - and almost always the most reliable and the cheapest are mutually exclusive.

I've used Connecticut Limo and Prime Time Shuttle and I much prefer Connecticut Limo. Better customer service and never been late.

My mom and her frequently travelling friend like Go Airport Shuttle Connecticut: http://www.2theairport.com/
