Captiva vs. Anna Maria Island
 

I am traveling for the first time with a 1 year old. We are thinking of going to Florida the first week in June. Would that time of year be too hot for a small child? What is the best place to stay with a one year old who is just starting to walk? Captiva or Anna Maria Island?
