WHERE RU STAYING?

2. Lunch and afternoon strolling in a charming town with views: Wellfleet, Provincetown, Chatham, Hyannis, etc.
3. Dinner in a different charming town, stroll the town or walk on a bayside beach and enjoy the sunset.

You must go to the Raw Bar in Hyannis... they have THE best lobster rolls!

Buy KIm Grant's Explorer's Guide to Cape Cod and the Islands. She gives great schedules for things to do for a day, 2-5 days, a week or longer. And the beauty of her book is that she offers advice based on the location.

I recently wrote about the best lobster dishes at my favorite Cape Restaurants. I'm a native Mainer, so I know my lobstah!
An example: the Thin Crust Lobster Pizza at the Ocean House.

With only one day on the Cape, I'd take a morning ferry to Nantucket, have a lovely late lunch/early dinner at the Summer House, and then take the ferry back and go for ice cream at the Four Seas in Centerville.
