is this a good deal:

$1157 price (this is the total including taxes) for:

from chicago to cancun
3 nights - Oasis Akumal
all inclusive - includes air, the hotel, meals, drinks, hotel transport

or same deal for $1237 to Oasis Akumal or $1277 for Oasis Viva.

Good deal? Or I can get just get flights for $577 total and fend for the rest on my own (find hotel, etc).

What time are your flights?

If you don't get in to Cancun until the afternoon of the first day and your plane leaves early afternoon of last day, you really only have a full day and a half in Cancun.

Three nights is a little to short a trip for me for Cancun.
