Can you tell when fares will change?

I've been checking the United website in preparation for an upcoming trip. Is there any way to tell when the fares will change? The fare is good now, but I'm waiting for another confirmation before I can book. FYI this is for Thanksgiving if it matters. Thanks.

Fares can change minute to minute..day to day. Why not check Travelocity also? I've noticed sometimes Travelocity will have lower fares than the airlines' own website. Thanksgiving could matter..especially the dreaded Sunday after. Sometimes you just have to make a decision and live with it. You could wait too long and the fares will go up.

I just bought an Entertainment book that has United 15 percent off of any fare over $200.00. Do you have access to that?

I don't know..my daughter came home from school selling them so I bought one for $20.00. There is a website listed.www.entertainment.com for more information. I would say if you plan on traveling in the next year and live near a UA city, it is worth getting. YOu have to be careful, though. Booking class for the discount vary. The back of the coupon says : United refer to S*PMO/Entertainment2003. Maybe you could call UA and find out more before buying. :) (valid Aug 2002 - Dec 2003)...glad to help!

I do not plan to use the coupon from my book. I'll mail it to you, if you want it.
Email me at the above address.
According to my crystal ball, the fares will change at exactly 2:36 am on Oct. 23rd.

Maybe you would also like me to tell you when the stock market will rebound?

Don't forget to cross my palms with silver.

If you can find a good fare for Tgiving you better snap it up.

Just an FYI, those coupons from the entertainment book are generally not transferable. They are suppossed to check your card when you redeem them. Not sure if the airlines will do this though-at the ticket counter???

I have been using the Passbooks for 15 years.
The "shiny" coupons for car rentals, airlines, cruises, etc... do not require the ID. The only discounts that require the ID are the restaurants in the front and the hotels listed in the back.
The offer still stands. If someone wants a coupon, let me know.
