Can you tell me the name of this fast food restaurant in South Florida?

I was just listening to election coverage on NPR and one of the lawyers on there was remarking on how much he loved a fast food restaurant there that SOUNDED LIKE "photo tropica". In spite of going on line and listening to the tape about 5 times, I couldn't make out what he was saying. Any ideas? I'm intrigued because he said it was owned by someone in my home town in NY State. Thanks!

It has to be Pollo Tropical (Poy-o Trop-i-cal). I've been to Miami a few times, and I love that chain. Kind of like a tropical Boston Market. You order a combo plate of freshly cooked Caribbean meats and prepared side dishes at the counter, for dine in or carry out.

Well the guy on NPR was saying that the owner was in Rochester NY (he was saying that he wanted to buy a franchise for NYC but he couldn't). It appears to be owned by Carrols, which is headquartered in Syracuse. I think (but I'm not sure) that Carrols used to be a Rochester business, and some guy just built a really big (and really ugly) house on Lake Ontario that I thought was affiliated with the huge Burger King chain that is owned by Carrols. So I'm just being nosy and am too nervous to watch the election returns. GO KERRY!
