Can you help identify this NYC hotel?
 

I'm looking for a 1 bedroom suite in NYC for Aug 08 (8 nights) and have found the following on an apartment website. However, they don't tell you the name of the property, so you can't check it out on Trip Advisor or check for other prices. Some of the description from the website is below and I was hoping a local NYer or regular NYC traveller might know the property.

Nothing in the customer reviews or on the website indicates the actual apartment.

and I don't think it's a hotel, but rather an apartment building offering several different apartments for rent.

There may be hundreds of apartments in the building, and only a few let for short term rentals, so you'll need a review on the specific apartment you are trying to rent. The rest are likely inhabited by long term leaseholders.

Another of the "apartments" on offer was a suite at the Eastgate Tower (by Affinia). I could tell by the street name and photos. So, this made me wonder if the apartment in my OP might also be a hotel suite.

It looks good in the photos and is in the "budget category" compared to the "mid-market" category that the Eastgate Tower is in. However, it is always good to research reviews and check other prices if possible. It might be budget priced for a good reason.

Functional and traditional means very basic and old fashioned. Will be clean and in a good location - but don;t expect anything more than the absolute minimum.

I've been looking at the Eastgate Tower Suites, but think my friend is concerned it is too far East to be convenient.
