Can someone from New York City help me identify this photo?
I took a photo on a tour of a globe sculpture but I'm not sure where this is. We were somewhere near Columbus Circle. Can anyone identify it for me please?

I hope you don't mind, I sent along a link of your photos to my daughter. We were in N.Y.C. late March, and did not bring along a camera. You were at many of the sites we hit also, and thought the pictures would be a lovely reminder!

Thanks for the nice comments on the photos. We were there last week. Don't mind at all if anyone wants to share them. Since I've been to NY a number of times I didn't revisit a number of sites. We missed out on Ellis Island (again) since the lines for the ferry were so long. Our motto is to always leave something for next time.
