Caesars Palace/Expedia Question
I can get a room at Caesars at Expedia (as well as other sites) for much less than rates listed on Harrahs website. The Expedia offer says "No resort fee."
Later Expedia says: "The price shown above DOES NOT include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The lodging will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out." My question is whether or not I'm going to be charged the resort fee directly from Caesars at checkout. Anyone have experience with this? Ann Marie |
You will be assessed the fee upon checkout. Basing this off other hotels that have the fee

I don't know why Expedia makes a big deal of No Resort Fees if its going to be assessed anyway. Well, I do know why- so you think you're getting a great deal and book with them.

I don't think that Caesar's has a resort fee.

You can call and ask if they have resort fees. We stayed in another hotel and paid additional to Expedia.
(I looked and didn't see a resort fee on their website, maybe it's disclosed during reservation?) |
No Harrah's property (which includes Caesars Palace) charges a resort fee. They've made that a bullet point in some of their advertising.
