BWI to Easton Md Transportation

Hi,

Is there any way of getting from BWI to Easton/St. Michaels area that would be cheaper than renting a car? I only need to get there, I have transportation once I'm there and back. My husband once took a bus from the DC area to Easton so I suppose I could backtrack and do that. Any advice?
Thanks, K.

Unfortunately, no.

A car rental or taxi (yikes!) are your only options.

I don't think the shuttles go that far.

Carolina Trailways used to do a service from Baltimore to Easton..919 833 3601. Greyhound also had a service from Annapolis to Easton..don't know whether it still does..but if so that probably comes from Baltimore and stops at the airport. Getting from BWI to Washington to get a bus would be awful.

there are a number of car services but i've never seen anything less than $75 per trip. if the bus still operates, that would definitely be your cheapest option.

Just called a friend...2 other options might be...Trailways has regular service from Baltimore to Easton...$13 one way...but youi would have to get into Baltimore. Bayrunners also run a service from BWI to Easton airport...he thought about $25 one way...he also thought they had a website.

Rent yourself a car and explore the Shore. I promise you'll have a good time.

Thank you everyone. I looked into the shuttle that mincepie mentioned and that looks like the way to go. In case this come up again here is the website:

www.bayrunners.com

It's about $29 one way.

This was my first time asking a question vice responding to one and the forum came through. Yay!
