Buy one/ get one lift tickets: Winter Park and Copper
If you're planning a ski trip to Winter Park or Copper, CO, check out the $10 E-Book sold by the Denver Newspaper Agency. It has four coupons for each of these two ski areas-- buy one adult, get one adult free for a full-day lift ticket.
I bought my book and used it this weekend. You can get it at the Denver Post building, in downtown Denver, at 400 Colfax, or on-line. It does have a blackout period in March, like the 7th to the 28th or something-- so read the fine print if you're coming out for spring break. If you need more info., I can post details.

The inside cover says the E-book was produced by the Colorado Education Project: www.eduproject.com, phone 720 946 1899. They should be able to help you. good luck.

The coupons read:
"Winter Park Resort 2 for 1 adult lift ticket.
Purchase one Adult lift ticket at the prevailing Winter Park/Mary Jane Ticket window rate and receive one lift ticket Free. Both tickets must be used on the same day at the same resort.
Valid DAILY opening 2004- 12/25/04;
1/3/05- 3/4/05; and 3/28/05 - closing; or MONDAY - FRIDAY 3/5/05- 3/27/05. Free ticket must be of equal or lesser value than paid Adult Full Day lift ticket. "
Exact same wording and dates for Copper. Each book contains 4 Adult lift ticket coupons and 2 Child lift ticket coupons for EACH mountain. A great deal for $10!

From what Maureen wrote, I would interpret it that Mar 26 & 27 would be blackout dates (only good m-f from 3/5-3/27). Basically looks like they are trying to blackout weekends during potential spring break times.
3/28 would be ok.
Of course, I haven't received my book yet (I did order it!), so I'm going on what Maureen posted.
Post on epicski.com (discount lift tickets thread) also talks abou this deal & indicates they can't be used on weekends in March.

I found this thread and the "E" Book online recently. I assume that the 2 for 1 deal is for a 1 day lift ticket. Is this correct? If so, would it be possible for the same people to use each of the two coupons two days in a row, or is there some rule like 1 per person?
