Burger Joint near MSG?
 

My son and his friend are going into the city to see Dave Matthews on Wednesday. While they are there, they want to go out to eat? Are there any good buger and wings places in the area of MSG?

I knew they put a lot of MSG in Chinese Food, but they're adding it to burgers and wings now???

How about O'Reilly's Pub at 54 West 31st (between 6th & B'way)? Last time I was there the food and the service were decent, and the prices were reasonable.

That's a pretty barren neighborhood foodwise. Haven't been to O'Reilly's but I know people who go there and they say it's pretty good.

Mustang Harry's 354 7th Avenue betw 29th and 30th. This seems to be the pre-concert spot, catering to concert goers. There will be lots of DM fans there, and they play the music to get you going. Burger, wings, etc - pub grub.

Where are they coming from, I'm sure there are some good eats on the way to MSG. But like almesq said the area is pretty bare.
