Budget hotels Cape Cod
 

DD and SIL have a gig at the Grand Cru Cape Codders Resort on Sat Oct 2nd, their accommodation is paid for on the Saturday night as part of the gig payment. They are thinking of going up a day or two early and are wanting CHEAP but decent accommodation suggestions. I put $ 40.00 in on Priceline for a couple of areas but no luck as yet. Any suggestions welcome.

Also any sightseeing/touristy recommendations.

There are several recent Cape Cod threads here listing things to do and places to eat, and a search will yield good results. Note that some eateries and a few attractions will have already closed as of October 2nd, though many will still be open for business. And of course the beaches and outdoor hiking/walking options don't close.

There is a two star secret hotel in West Dennis on traveolocity for $ 58 including taxes, anyone have any idea which one it would be. Also how far is West Dennis from the Cape Codder resort?

I got the Best Value Inn Hyannis on Priceline for $ 46.00. Has mixed reviews but is only one night,

Cape Codder Resort is in Hyannis, a Google Map search says 8.23 miles to West Dennis from Hyannis, but of course the exact distance would depend on the location of each spot but at least that gives you an idea.
