Just returned! Thanks everyone for the good advice. We were planning to stay up by the Mall of Ga, so happy we were talked into staying in Buckhead. My friends thought I was a genius.
Embassy Suites was great and even if it wasn't, the free cocktail reception would have convinced us it was. We didn't really get a chance to go out to
eat in Buckhead to busy running all over. We did ask where a good pizza joint was and someone sent us to Rays
New York Pizza. YUCK! Disgusting!
The place was dirty and the waiter did not speak English and didn't know what a knife was. He was completely confused!
We did hit TU TU TANGO before going out and it was nice. I'm sure the bars change all the time but this weekend the party seemed to be going on a Mako's a New Orleans style bar complete with beads and a swing. We had a great time, didn't realize that the bars don't close until 4am. The Punchline was OK, not worth the 25 dollar admission. Very crowded in small building. No room to move. The comedian we had was pretty funny for the first half and the second half seemed like a sermon/infomercial.
Thanks again for all of your help especially Brian and Steve!
