bryce zion

hello
Going to Bryce Zion next week 5/20 - 5/27

Thanks trying to plan for packing

No, it's typically not. Unless there is a monsoon pattern in the area (rare) humidity is usually below 30% and often in the teens.

Monsoon season isn't until July or August so you're good there and even then humidity levels are never oppressive like they are in the southeast.

Bryce and Zion are in the desert southwest... Late May weather should be great. Be aware that at Zion the water levels on the Virgin River remain very high due to the deep snowpack in the mountains. Hiking any part of the Narrows is likely to be a no-go until sometime in June. Still plenty to do at Zion, just plan accordingly.
