BRYCE CANYON ACCOMODATIONS
I'VE HEARD SOME NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT RUBY'S INN, I JUST CHANGED MY RESERVATIONS TO BRYCE CANYON INN. HAS ANYONE STAYED THERE RECENTLY. DID I MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. HELP! I'M GOING IN MAY

Just remember that you are going for the beauty of the canyon and surrounding scenery. Accommodations there (RI, BCI, BCR) are comfortable and not plush, clean but not luxurious. Be sure to take one of the free bus tours--you can sign up at the BC Visitor Centers. Also, get to Zion if you possibly can--the rock formations are exceptional!

THANKS MOONDOGGIE, IM SPENDING 2 NIGHTS NEAR ZION ALSO. CAN'T WAIT.
|
You are much better off staying inside the park. The rooms were clean, simple motel type rooms, and you could walk to the rim before breakfast! Rubys looked ok, but it's well away from the rim.

THEY HAVE NO AVAILABILITY FOR THE 2 NIGHTS I NEED. IN PARK ACCOMODATIONS MUST REALLY FILL UP FAST. THANKFULLY, I DID MY YELLOWSTONE PLANNING A YEAR IN ADVANCE !!!!

I'm going Easter week with my son. We switched our reservations from Rubys to Bryce Canyon Lodge. Rubys sounded way to loud, crowded, and "touristy" So I think you should stay at Bryce Canyon Inn. I'll let you know more when we return if you want.

Yes, please let me know how it goes. I tried to make reservations in the park, but they were sold out. Have a great time, hope to hear from you.

Kmac,
Are you going this Easter? Go prepared for snow. They will still have plenty on the ground. |
