Brunch on Kauai , Maui and BI

We are going in April and would like to have a nice brunch on one or all of the above Islands. Any suggestions. Thanks

Re Kauai: The Hyatt in Poipu has a really lovely brunch at their Illima Terrace restaurant every morning with a champagne brunch on Sunday morning. Good food, attentive service, but the restaurant really packs 'em in, so expect lots of activity. The Princelei Hotel also does breakfast and brunch at Cafe Hanalei. The view from their lanai is absolutely glorious. We've been there on mornings with limited visibility and tropical rain pouring down and the view still impresses. The brunch is not as elaborate as the Hyatt's but the view makes up for it. Both good choices.

Oops, make that Princeville!

We went to Easter Sunday brunch at the Ritz-Carlton in Maui, which was good, but it's located inside with no view. The brunch at the Princeville on Kauai was incredible, as noted in the post above. I'd do that again anytime.

Had Sunday champagne brunch at the Hyatt on Kauai in Feb and it was great. I agree it is pretty busy but it is still worth it because the selection of food was really quite nice and very delicious. There was everything you could imagine and more. Do go.
