Brunch on Big Island

I am going to be on the Big Island for Easter and would like some opinions on the best place to go. I imagine one of the Kahala Coast hotels, but which one?

The Mauna Kea has the best buffet on the island. Make sure you book in advance as it is quite popular around holidays.

A non-hotel alternative for brunch would be Merriman's (in Waimea), an excellent restaurant with Peter Merriman as its chef (one of the originators of "Hawaiian Regional Cuisine").

Thank you all. Merriman's is great, but we definitely want a brunch, so I'll try one of the two suggested.
