Brunch in New Orleans

Commanders is booked? What should my next choice be?

Pam Dec 19th, 2001 06:52 AM

Court of Two Sisters in the French Quater is a must!

Randy Dec 19th, 2001 07:03 AM

The food is mediocre at Two Sisters but the atmosphere is great

Court of Two Sisters Jazz brunch is fun with decent food. More realistically priced than Commanders as well. Commanders very over-rated for the price they charge. Been there done that.

Mr. B's. Next to Brennan's, the Court of Two Sisters brunch is considered the worst tourist trap meal in NO. Great atmosphere, though.

Agreed. The food isn't great, but it's served in the largest historical courtyard in the French Quarter. The live jazz is a nice touch.

You can expect consistent excellence at Brennan's, but don't expect any change from a c-note (and that's brunch for 2). Pricey but well worth it.
