What are the chances of getting a discounted same day ticket (one only) at the TKTS booth to a show like "Urinetown"? I'm thinking of a Thursday right after Labor Day if that makes any difference.

I don't know if Urinetown has been up, since it's a hit show, but the TKTS site will have what has been up recently.

Just after Labor Day, is usually after the tourist season, but with the anniversary of 9/11 coming up, I don't know what you might expect.

On a Thursday night however there are usually more choices for theatre, and if you go to the downtown location, there won't be a line, and I think it opens at 10am. The downtown TKTS is just off Water St behind the Prudential Building at the South St. Seaport.
