Brewpub in Hanelei?

Hello! Does anyone know of a Brewpub in Hanelei on the island of Kauai? Thanks!

Don't know one. I remember Waimea Brewing Company on the west shore. Did you look in the Ultimate Guide to Kauai by Andrew Dougherty and wife, their recommendations are very much on the money from my experience.

A brewpub would imply nightlife of some kind, and there is no nightlife on Kauai. Just a bunch of ex-hippies milling around gawking at the scenery and hitting the sack by 7:30, only to get up the next morning and gawk some more.

There is also one in Lihue on the Marriott property called Whalers - View is fantastic but the beer is horrible.

anti gawker...no we would be hiking, diving, snorkeling, sailing, swimming during the day, not all of us can do this on a stomach or head full of brew.

Plenty of place to have a drink if that is what you are into Ruth but anti gawker is correct there is not a big market don't expect a strip like Waikiki or even Lahaina. It is not in demand and we are proud of that fact!

Thanks to all for your replies. We have been to Kauai before, but did not make it to Hanelei. My husband is a brewer, so just thought I would ask. Thanks!
