Dotties is fantastic, an amazing breakfast, always worth the wait. Treat yourself to a small homemade muffin or bread before your meal. The egg scrambles and the omelettes are great, but my absolute favorite is the blueberry cornmeal pancakes.

Right next door is a hole-in-the-wall Indian restaurant called Shalimar, which is also delicious for a quick, and cheap meal.

Have fun in San Francisco, such a great city. If you can, visit the Ferry Building during their Farmer's Market.
