breakfast/brunch in NYC

Any suggestions for a good place to grab breakfast or (if I find myself waking up late) brunch? Staying at the Plaza, but don't mind walking at all!

Norma's at the Parker Meridien is known for its brunch. I think the menu is even online. The Parker Meridien is only a block or two from the Plaza.

If you want something more casual, I think there's a Pick-A-Bagel at 57th and 7th.

Googie's on E 78th and 2nd. It get s little crowded for brunch, but it is a great atmosphere, great food, and you can eat outside.

I second the Parker and also suggest EJ's lunchenette on the West Side..crowded but good food.

if you are very hungry, sunday brunch can't be beat at the plaza.
