Hi, Embassy Suites is pretty nice place to go. We used to hold meetings there, and the staff was pretty friendly. It's more of a business hotel, though. There are lots of things to do in the Brea, and it's close enough to Disneyland.

The Civic Center is close by, movies theaters about a mile or two down from the Embassy Suites. Tap Brewery is a good restaurant to go to...it's on Brea Blvd. and Imperial Highway. Daphne's Greek Cafe is pretty good place as well--it's smaller restaurant, more of a fast-food greek cafe, but still good.

There are some good places to shop. They have the Ann Taylor Loft and Old Navy down the street within the Brea Downtown district.

The Block at Orange is also a fun place. The Market Broiler restaurant is very good there. Just make sure that you go during the day. Sometimes it gets out of control with kids at night, cruising and such. I usually go during the day, and it's great. They also have a number of shops, and restaurants at The Block, too.

Downtown Orange is fun. Great little antique shops, and good restaurants. My favorite is Felix's. It's a Cuban restaurant; it has good food that's reasonable in price. That's in the Orange Circle, in Downtown Orange.

Well, hope that helps! :)

Hope that helps...
