I believe there is one in the Mirage, although I cannot recall the name.

The one in Mirage is The Samba Grill

Rum Jungle in Mandalay Bay is great fun and the food is pretty good, but if you want to go there on a weekend, you MUST book in advance. After dinner is over, it turns into a very hot nightclub (or at least it was when I was there last year) and people line up for miles to get in. If you have dinner there, you are already in and can just stay for the club scene. It's fun, but pricey.

The Samba Grill at the Mirage is good--lots of good food, decent service, good drinks. It's rodizio style.

I have to disagree, I did NOT like Samba at Mirage! They served a flank steak that smelled -- I kid you not -- like dog's breath. It ruined my appetite. I had tried a few other dishes prior to the dog's breath flank steak, and they were all pretty plain. I think Samba is overpriced and overrated! Give me Moongate or Kokomo's (both at Mirage) any day!
