If you have the time, keep checking www.tickets.com for Red Sox tickets....they are constantly "dropping" tickets...sometimes they're scattered singles, standing room, or piggy back (same seat adjacent rows)...they've recently released some for the series just before yours.

Also, the Baseball Tavern has not closed, it's moved a couple blocks up the street....has a rooftop deck....definitely not the dive it once was.
