Boston- Whale Watching

Hi, I'm thinking of squeezing in a whale watching expedition in my shiot 2 day trip to Boston. I heard the "shortest" one is 5 hours. Does anyone know of any shorter WW trips? i.e 2-3 hours..? thanks for ur input.
Cheers.

Sure, here's a 3-hour watch.

http://www.bostonharborcruises.com/whalewatch/index.htm

The Aquarium also sponsors one I understand.. It takes a while to get out to where the whales are feeding, especially from Boston.

Try the State House. You'll see a huge whale calling itself the Governor.

I have seen some ads (don't know if this includes bostonharborcruises) that guarantee whales - but that guarantee is usually a free return ticket - that won't do you much good. The way Boston Harbor cruises is able to do it in 3 hours is that they have some high speed catamaran thing they use.
