Boston- Onyx Hotel
 
This hotel I believe is re-opening this month,has anyone stayed there yet, any comments?

It's new construction and not taking reservations yet on its web site.

I hope you are wrong, I booked it 2 months ago and got a confirmation. I will email them to be sure. Anyone else??

Well, I just checked the web site again and they are indeed taking reservations so perhaps I caught them on a bad day, or before their web-reservations capacity was up and running.

OTOH, the "In the News" link takes one to a page with no news on it and a statement that "The luxury Onyx Hotel opens in downtown Boston March of 2004".

If it is the one that is owned by Kimpton (Hotel Monaco, etc) they are indeed taking reservations as they emailed me an offer last week.

I work across the street from the hotel and watched it being built. Today,I noticed "suits" out front, a valet parking sign outfront and fresh flowers being delivered. There are still workers around, but it looks to me like it's close to opening.
