Boston Hotels - Suites

2 couples heading to Boston for a Sox game. We're considering renting a suite in a local hotel as it looks as it'll be a tad cheaper than renting 2 rooms. We're looking for a suite that has seperate "bedrooms" so to speak. We'd prefer the Back Bay.
Anyone have any experience/suggestions?
Thanks.

Don't know what your price range is, but check out the Eliot. They have suites with separate bedrooms and the restaurant (Clio) is great, too! If you want to be right by Fenway (the Eliot is not that far) you could also check out the Commonwealth, although I don't know anyone who has stayed there and I just don't like the look of it (it ruined Kenmore Square!).

I stayed at the Commonwealth Hotel two weeks ago. Lovely hotel with excellent service. It's right on top of the Kenmore "T", plus has a car available for in town drops. I'm not sure about their suites; I just had a queen room.

Liked it enough that I'm returning April 21-25! Rates vary widely depending on the date...last month it was $230..It will be $329 for 2 of my four nights and $239 for the other 2 nights this next time.

For budget rooms, you can try the Buckminster across the corner, with even better Fenway views!

Thanks for the info guys. I found a good rate for a "suite" at the Holiday Inn near Coolidge Corner. It's not the Back Bay, but it's walking distance to Fenway and on the C line. If anyone has anymore ideas please let me know!

I would not exactly call Coolidge Corner walking distance to Fenway - sure, you can walk it, but the distance is beyond what I nromally consider walking distance. However, before/after Red Sox game, it would undoubtedly be faster to walk that distance than take Green Line

Just mapped it - 1.2 miles
