Boston-Doubletree Guest Suites

Anyone ever stay here? Just wondering about accessibility to downtown Boston. We'll be travelling in July 2003 with 2 small children. A hotel with a suite is a must!!

Which location? I believe there are 3 locations..Soldiers Field Road, Bayside Expo, and one by the New England Medical Center.

It's the one by the Medical Center. I wasn't able to find much else in the heart of the city with a suite.

That's a very convenient location for most tourist activities, with good access to the subway system, too..

We stayed here in June. The location is great because the subway is literally next door so you can go anywhere quick. The hotel itself was fine, a bit nicer than most DT's but nothing fantastic. We got it on Priceline. Not sure about their suites. It's not really like staying in Copley as the area seems to be going thru a bit of a clean up stage. It's very near the theater area.

You might want to also consider the Eliot Suite Hotel in the Back Bay.
