Boston Copley/Theatre Doubletree Hotel

Does anyone have any experience with this hotel? I'm going in January and was thinking the Marriott Copley for $80 but on biddingfortravel.com - people have been able to get Doubletree for $45 which is great...I think the savings would be worth it to stay at a slightly less desirable place...Thoughts?

biddingfortravel is a site where people report what they have won on Priceline -- which means that even if you won a hotel in the same area as the Marriott, it might be a different hotel.

We have been at this hotel four times lately through Priceline and got it also at $45.00.

Rooms are very new and very good size. Accessible to just about everything either walking or driving.

I will there anythime.

The Doubletree referred to here (on Washington Street in the Theater District located IN Downtown Boston) is NOT an all-suite Doubletree.
