Boston: Chihuly exhibit at the Museum of Fine Art

Has anyone been to the Chihuly exhibit at the Museum of Fine Art? is it better to go on a Saturday afternoon, Sunday or Monday?

We went a few weekends ago (Sunday morning around 11am). The Chihuly show was PACKED. If you can, by all means go on Monday morning, assuming it's not a holiday Monday.

Definitely go on Monday or early (when the museum opens) on Saturday or Sunday. The MFA has been mobbed on weekends since the opening of the new American wing, which is well worth seeing.

It's a terrific show. We went 2 Saturdays ago and I'd go again if we get to Boston before it closes. Weekdays would be better, I'm sure.

Our son went with his family and was impressed. It is extended til August 7. We saw part of this glass sculpted art in St. Louis some years back.

I have no idea about when you should go in Boston, but just go. The exhibit at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens several years ago was awesome!

I went today around lunchtime and it was practically empty. Absolutely gorgeous!
