As TDudette's last post suggests, my husband and I visited the Harvard art museums last Saturday (no free entrance as we are not from MA). It is well worth going to see the new space even if you have seen the collections before. I was interested in parts of the Sackler collection which I had never visited when it was in a separate building.
We also went to Busch Hall nearby (open 10-2, free). It used to house the Busch Reisenger collection. It has an impressive collection of medieval plaster casts of famous works and a Flentrop organ. There are concerts on Thursdays at 12:15
