Silver Line (electric bus on its own right of way) SL5 stops at Tufts New England station about a block from your hotel.

You will have to change at South Station, but the bus is free from Logan Airport to there.

It is the cheapest and most energy-efficient way. Taxis are more time-efficient, but airport fees and tunnel tolls add up very quickly. If you have enormous suitcases, it may be worth it. Otherwise not.

Are you sure you know where you are at - Blue, orange lines, State Street sounds a lot like Chicago.

Yes, you could take an airport shuttle bus to the Blue Line airport station, take the Blue Line to State Street station and transfer to the Orange Line to Tufts NE Medical Center. That's the Old Way.

But you asked the most efficient and cheapest way. The Silver Line runs as a bus at the airport, (you get on at your terminal) changes to electric power in the Seaport District, and then runs as a subway. You only have one change rather than two. You get off at the same station.

The cheapest most efficient way is to take the free silver line shuttle from your terminal to south station and then walk. Free is free.

It's a 15 minute walk from South Station to the hotel.

After a 7AM arrival, that may not be efficient, though it is cheap, certainly.

Cool think ill do the silver line to south and then change stations at south station, we will have normal luggage. Also gonna be in town 4 days so Im going to buy the week pass.

ON a side note, anyone know a good not fancy breakfast spot I can go with the family after I drop bags off? Doesn't have to be near my hotel btw
