Booking Hapuna Beach Prince

Hi! After many hours trying to find the best deal for our honeymoon 11-7-04 through 11-15-04, I found a deal on Liberty Travel's website under their honeymoon package..$4200.00 for ocean view/converible/breakfast/2 for 1 dinner sail from cleveland...I was just wondering if anyone has insight on Liberty Travel before I book it..I like to have an agent but out of the couple of ones that I met with, I found better deals than they did! I think that this is a good price..the best that I could find anyways...thanks for your help

I haven't used them myself, but I see them recommended by Frommers so they should be reputable.

I should also add that we stayed at the Hapuna Prince last year and loved it. It was nice to be able to have privileges at the Mauna Kea too - their beach is my favorite - but Hapuna Beach is super nice too.

My wife and I stayed at Hapuna Beach Prince last November and have booked it again for January of 2005. We booked the first time directly with the hotel. This time we booked a GO GO Hawaii Vacation package with a travel agent (5th night free + midsize car & $100 food credit). I would suggest checking the hotel website first www.princeresortshawaii.com. We reserved a deluxe ocean view each time. I will say that the restaurants on site are very, very expensive. We opted not eat there and I have read other posts indicating that the food was not that great. What is great is the beach, pool, laid back pace and great view from our lanai. We bought fruit and danish items from the grocery store (a bit of a drive) and enjoyed leusurely breakfasts with unforgettable views. We can't wait to return in January 2005.

I would price the ocean view room/breakfast package through pleasantholidays or classiccustomvacations.com first, then see what winning bids have been on priceline (check biddingfortravel.com for wins)- cars will probably be a little less during this time period for bidding. Then try air pricing on your own also. Takes some time but it is worth it. Good luck
