boogie board rentals
 

hello,<BR>Can anyone recomend where to rent boogie/body boards for a week on Maui, would just buy and bring home but I am uncertain on airlines.<BR>thanks<BR>liz

For 7 days of rentals, it would be cheaper to buy at K-mart or Costco then give to some nice person on your last day!

Maui Dive Shop rents them for about $15 per week, or you can get them for &quot;free&quot; if you rent their deluxe snorkel package for about $29.

We bought boogie boards from Walmart on arrival in Maui. $30-35 each if I recall. Our kids used them constantly for 10 days. Then we wrapped them in a garbage bag with duct tape and checked them through on the plane home. They survived fine, and will go with us again on our next island vacation. IMHO, buying, not renting, is the way to go.

Thanks guys, I thought buying was a better idea, we spend alot of time in Mexico at all inclusives, no need to bring or rent. Will check out walmart, did anyone get a day pass at cosco? We only have sams club.<BR>thanks<BR>liz

We tried Costco first. They do NOT offer day passes.
