I just returned from a week at the resort;
we were upgraded to the yacht club and it is by far the best location in the hotel.
I agree that Lucca has gone down in it's quality; our meal was mediocre.

Considering this hotel for an Aug. long weekend. Will it be really crowded? Are the locals that belong to the resort too snooty? How did you get upgraded, Mitchdesj?

August? Crowded? I don't think so. All the locals leave in August for cooler climes.
