Bobby Vans or Sparks
 

Which one do you recommend? Also, Vans has two midtown locations - is food/service same quality at both? Thanks.

IMO better steak at Sparks, better service at Bobby Vans (and nicer atmosphere). Have only been to B Van's at Park & 46 st so don't know what 54 st location is like. (Have been to that location when it was other restaurants though and there are no windows out if that matters). Have you considered BLT Steak the new hot place???

What about DelFrisco's? I think DelFrisco's cannot compare to Sparks or Vans. I LOVE it!

Huh? Normally I'd interpret that remark to mean that DelFrisco's isn't as good as the other two, but I get the impression that you think it's better. Is that right?

Thank you Patrick for correcting me! You are so right. DelFrisco's I feel is much better than Spark's or Bobby Van's. I must apologize because when I posted the message I never checked it over. I was in quite a rush that afternoon!

Been to BV's many times, used to work in the building where the Park Ave location. It is very good, but IMO, not as good as Sparks.

Sparks has great steak and a great ny atmosphere.bobby vans is very good but is more commercial.BLT is also very good with a more trendy atmosphere.
