Nice report - we took this trip many years ago with our 3 children. It is a part of America that everyone should see at least once. I also remember the heat and marvel at the tenacity of the early settlers. I am sorry to hear that you have had some recent health issues but appear to have fully recovered. Take care and thank you for sharing. Sandy |
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it (and yes, all is well).

Oh my - I have just been rereading your reports from Scotland and Cornwall when your kids were younger - and shorter! What a difference four years has made. (I know, I know - I swore as a kid I'd never say 'my how you've grown' to kids, but that oath was made a while ago.)
As always, a fun report to read, thanks for all the effort and detail. (And glad to hear you have recovered.) |
One of the best reasons for the travel blogs has been to capture the kids along the way. They have grown quite a bit.

Great report!!!
