Hey! Not fancy, but definetely an exotic spot for a birthday dinner - False Idol. Get a cocktail bowl for four and watch the bartenders put on a fire-show special for your order :p
Madison on Park would be a great option as well. If Im not mistaken, every Tuesday and Sunday they play live jazz

While I love Little Italy it can be really overwhelming. Not enough parking and way to many people. I have eaten at Best authentic Italian restaurant - Piacere Mio | South Park. Great food.

Great choice from a local!
