Big Island Condos?
 

I have done searches but I am looking for first hand information. Looking for deluxe condos on the Big Island like the Whaler or Kaanapali Ali on Maui, any suggestions? It seems to me the high end properties on the Big Island are all Hotels.<BR><BR>Thanks<BR>GP

Anyone? I'd like some condo info also, esp. around the Kona area and it's much harder to find info such as reviews on condos as compared to hotels.

Check out gocondohawaii.com they have comparisons of all condos in hawaii, I found it to be a very helpful site. They also refunded everything for us after 9/11 (we were supposed to fly out 9/14). <BR>Laura

We absolutely loved the condo we stayed in last summer; Kanaloa At Kona. These are lovely, clean, spacious and very well equipped. We had an ocean front with a huge lanai, outside kitchen, a gas grill near by, a restaurant on sight and convenient to Kona. I would stay there again.

We also stayed at Kanaloa at Kona with oceanfront 2br,2ba condo. It was wonderful. Terrific snorkeling about 1/2 mile away. Restaurant Edwards on site, delicious and very accomodating. Try Oodles of Noodles Restaurant.

Kanaloa at Kona - it rules! Our 2 bedroom with loft was huge and beautifully decorated. The master bathroom was HUGE! The grounds are beautiful! BBQ area well kept. Loved having the adult only pool. Edwards restaurant is delcious and the setting cannot be touched by anyone. We booked through sunquest and everthing was perfect. Our balcony was very spacious and the view amazing! Loved this place - didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return!

Is there a nice beach at the Kanaloa of Kona condos? Website? Thanks from a first-timer.

Hi Mel - No beach at Kanaloa but there is a terrific beach and snorkeling area about 10 minutes down the road. Check out wizardpub.com and they will direct you to the website or check our sunquest vacations.
