Big Island - best pancakes?
 

Hello, does anyone have suggestions for where to get the best pancakes? Ideally looking for locations in Hilo, Kona or Haleiwa areas. Also, this is a bit of a jump: any good Mexican restaurants? Thank you very much :)

Oh yeah, Ken's in Hilo is great! The coconut syrup was to die for...

I don't think we saw any Mexican places, though...

Skip the pancakes this time around and go with the guava french toast at Kilauea Lodge. Absolutely excellent!
