Big Giant Font?

Have aliens taken over my brain? The Fodors Travel Talk is showing up on my screen in big giant font.

Anyone else?

gail Jun 17th, 2004 11:23 AM

Aliens have taken over your computer - your brain is probably safe - my font is fine.

Okay, I'm a doofus. Thanks Gail. I accidently changed my text size to the largest size.

Wonder how that happened?

It's your browser. Have a look at VIEW TEXT SIZE, or something like that. You can choose a number of settings.

Hold the control key down and spin the scroll wheel....almost as good as drugs...

GoTravel Jun 17th, 2004 12:14 PM

Hey GC, that was FUN! Weeeeeeee! I'm doing it again!

MAC users just don't know what they're missing...8^)

atilla Jun 17th, 2004 01:03 PM

lol gc! You are right, my Mac NOT crashing constantly, NOT needing service and NOT having software conflicts with itself really bums me out. :-)

gc Jun 17th, 2004 01:11 PM

Now atilla, it's not all that bad...

I bought my daughter a 17in MAC powerbook for her college graduation, and I am very impressed. Configuring a network printer for the first time took me a couple of hours on my PC. I logged her on to the network, told the machine to go find the printer, and a test page spit out...amazing!

But you still only get one button and no scroll wheel...and XP really IS pretty stable...8^)

You are right gc, I know. I work on a PC quite often at work and yes, they have come a long way since those dark scary days.

Cerlaurie Jun 17th, 2004 01:16 PM

gc, think you misunderstood atilla. Or did I??

gc Jun 17th, 2004 01:19 PM

I do long for the days when a religious war meant MAC or PC
