Has anyone used this volunteer services? Comments or recommendations?

Being a New Yorker, I've never used their services (though I would probably learn a lot from them!). However, I know they have an excellent reputation.

I've heard good things too but they never returned my e-mail from their website.

I contacted Big Apple Greeters on their website (BAG.com) and they responded with a phone call. I did not use their service as my plans changed, but would use them in the future. They are a group of volunteers who help first time visitors to NYC. Think its a great idea and a great service.<BR>
