BEWARE OF PAUL THERAULT

A warning to anyone on this site. Do not listen to Paul Therault. It appears Mr. Therault is paid by the cruise industry. He surfs this site, and others, and encourages travelers with poor informaiton. I encourage you to omit his opinions when considering your next vacation.

Julie, this is your 4th post regarding this matter. You can continue to top your original post and then you wouldn't have to muck up the board with many of the same posts. Did something traumatic happen to you in regard to this person? If so please share.

As you can probably tell from other persons postings on this site, I'm not the only one tired of Paul Therault. I can tell you from some of the things he states in his postings, his "opinions" are dead wrong. I'm not offering opinions of my own, I just simply want to warn others that his opinions are extremely tainted. I would hate for other travelers to have a bad experience due to his "expert" advise. I think most people are intelligent enough to make their own opinions and that is why I simply say to ignore him and read other postings.

Julie,

I think you owe us facts, concrete examples. Can you point us to a post that backs up your conclusion? I have to say, I doubt whether an opinion can be *wrong* An opinion can be misinformed, outrageous, contraversial, but by definition I don't think it can be wrong. If this person is intentionally posting false facts, then show us an example. If he is merely offering opinions with which you (and even everyone else) disagree, then he will be ignored eventually.

Yeah, yeah, we know this story, Julie. Problem with your rant is that Paul doesn't actively participate in the U.S. forum... he mostly comments in the cruise forum, where his suckers -- I mean, prospects -- would tend to linger.

And there's enough Hawaii and European and Caribbean representation here, let's keep the cruising 'thang to a minimum.

Julie-If you have a problem with him email Fodors or use the faqs section of travel talk where it says write to us...

If Paul Therault used an assumed name, we would have no way of knowing which were his posts.

Julie,

Still waiting for proof of your allegations. Are you busy? You certainly weren't too busy to post a gazillion messages on this topic. Are you a troll?
