Best way to get to Balboa Park from cruise port?
We need to connect with a tour leaving from the Inspiration Point parking lot.

While you can get to the park by a combination of bus and trolley, I'd recommend a taxi, especially if you aren't familiar with San Diego.

Absolutely take Doug's advice. The cab shouldn't be very much either. It's a very short drive. A bus will take you most of the day time wise and not worth the delays.
